COVID-19 VACCINATION INFORMATION

CareSTL Health is now offering the COVID-19 vaccine to children ages 5-11 years old & adults. 

For your convenience we are offering a vaccine clinic between 9am-1pm at 2425 N. Whittier Street.     
You can schedule an appointment at 314-633-6363 or walk-in.  

Children will only receive the Pfizer vaccine.

How to get the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Booster at CareSTL Health?

COVID-19 booster shots are now available at 2425. N. Whittier and 5471 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive. 
Patients are welcome to walk-in, schedule an appointment online, or call 314-367-5820 to receive a booster shot.
