A: Telehealth is the use of technology (computer or phone) to delivery health care services.
A: Patients who are conducting routine medical visits, behavioral health, prescription refills and patients with chronic health conditions.
A: Telehealth is critical because it increases a patient’s access to care.
A: Insurance plans will be billed as a regular visit. Patients without insurance are eligible for the sliding fee scale.
A: Call 314-367-5820 and ask to change your appointment to Telehealth if you have not been contacted by a CareSTL Health representative.
