Frequently Asked Questions

A: Telehealth is the use of technology (computer or phone) to delivery health care services.

A: Patients who are conducting routine medical visits, behavioral health, prescription refills and patients with chronic health conditions. 

A: Telehealth is critical because it increases a patient’s access to care. 

A: Insurance plans will be billed as a regular visit. Patients without insurance are eligible for the sliding fee scale. 

A: Call 314-367-5820 and ask to change your appointment to Telehealth if you have not been contacted by a CareSTL Health representative.

TIME CHANGE: COVID-19 testing at Dellwood Recreation Center, 10266 W. Florissant Avenue is on Mondays ONLY (12:30pm -3:30pm).

Beginning Friday, June 5th COVID-19 testing will be available at Hazelwood East Senior High School, 1133 Dunn Road from 9am -3pm.
Everyone is encouraged to get tested. No appointment necessary.
